We offer a variety of services for the preparation of your daily catch such as Fish Fileting and vacuum sealing.  Simply bring your catch to us and let us handle the messy part.  We will filet your fish and deliver it to you free of bones and ready for the dinner table.  Vacuum sealing is also available for long term storage in the freezer.
