American Eel 9-12" Dozen Frozen

Our 9-12" Frozen American Eels are vacuum sealed by the dozen and professionally frozen to lock in freshness, scent, and durability. Averaging about the thickness of a Sharpie marker, these smaller-profile eels are a popular choice for anglers making custom eel rigs or fishing with tube-and-worm setups, planer boards, and other trolling presentations. Their slim profile and tough skin make them easy to rig while still providing a natural, lifelike presentation in the water.
 
Due to their smaller size, 9-12" eels are generally not recommended for targeting catfish, where larger bait tends to produce better results.
